Within my role, I would like to work on three main points:

• Skill upgrade programs: Skill upgrading is primary for taking further leap into the life after college. Skills are a key requirement to be placed at good companies in appropriate roles. I plan to set up skill development drives and workshops, which will help students very much.
• Creating Diversity: We students have come together to learn, live and love life here. We come from different backgrounds and cultures. Yet all our goals remains same; that is to live life in a healthy and prosperous way. For this we need to be able to be amicable with everyone around us. This can only be achieved if we believe in the policy of unity in diversity. Social gatherings and spread of cultures in different communities will help students to understand and respect each other’s culture.
• Special Care on Student Wellbeing: My top priority is ensuring the wellbeing of my students by recognising the link between academic success and overall health, both physical and emotional. Creating an environment that promotes resilience and supports a work life balance is key to addressing the unique challenges faced by learners today. Through providing access to counselling services and activities promoting mindfulness and stress management skills, my aim is to equip students with the tools to thrive in their academic journey.
