Coventry University’s one and only Musical Theatre Society

We are a friendly group of students sharing a love of singing, dancing and/or acting. Our aims are to allow fellow students to express their passion for this genre of theatre, as well as having a good time and meeting new people.
There is no audition necessary to join the society – we welcome all types of backgrounds so don’t be worried if you have never performed before!
Membership Fee: £25 for the whole academic year.

Members will be taught skills during rehearsals focused on specific disciplines throughout the year. We've previously performed two productions per academic year; a showcase (Night of musical theatre) and a full musical at the end of term two (previous productions include The Addams Family & Grease). As well as a concert-style performance. However, this year in the first semester we are focusing on education around musical theatre, collaborations with other societies and performances with the SU.
