 More Info

Your Advice Service is a free, independent and confidential service for all students run by Your Students' Union. We provide advice and support on a wide range of problems and issues students can encounter during their time at university. Most commonly we support with issues relating to financial hardship, accommodation and housing, childcare, academic appeals and complaints, enrolment, and general wellbeing.

If we cannot provide the help you need, we will refer you on to a department or agency that specialises in your enquiry. No matter how big or small you feel your problem is, your advisor Sarah is here to help you at any point during your studies - so stop by and say hello!

Sarah will be available to speak to in the foyer during the hours provided. If you need to speak to her in private, we will be able to accommodate this. You may need to wait a short time if Sarah is speaking with another student.

Accessibility

The drop-in is not expected to be busy, but you can ask to speak with Sarah in a private place if you feel more comfortable. CU Scarborough is wheelchair accessible with accessible toilets available on all floors.

If you have access requirements and are unsure if these will be accommodated, please get in touch with us at scarborough.su@coventry.ac.uk so we can ensure every reasonable adjustment is made for you.
