Seasonal Sales Assistant

Job Introduction:

At cardfactory they’re all about helping their customers celebrate life’s special moments, whatever they are. They see themselves as celebration experts and they need someone like you to help them spread more cheer as we get closer to the festive season. 

Fixed-Term Contract: Ending 29th December 2024 

Role Responsibility:

Spreading festive cheer is so much fun, but it’s also very busy. From now onwards, Card Factory is a lot like elves busily preparing for the big day, 25th December, and they need more people to join the party. This is where you come in.

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, day to day you’ll be doing things like: 

• Ensuring that the customer is at the heart of everything you do in store. It's the customer promise that all their colleagues work to. 

• Making their customers feel welcomed wowed and won over. That’s the way they do things at cardfactory. 

• Serving customers at the tills, ensuring they found everything they needed in their visit.  

• Recommending their amazing product ranges to the customers. They have a lot more than cards to offer so upselling great gifts and wrap ranges will be a big part of your day, not forgetting about cardfactory.co.uk and gettingpersonal.co.uk as well.  

• Unpacking and restocking our products. They need to ensure the shelves are well stocked, so customers have the full product range to select from when they visit store.

• Helping with stock take and merchandising products from time to time.

• Being part of a fantastic team, all passionate about celebrations and spreading more cheer. Tis the season to be jolly after all.
