Student Action Group

Our Student Action group, also known as StAG, Is a monthly meeting between our engaged students to discuss, vote and plan for student-led activity on our campus. Students who become members of the student action group are provided training and resources to help facilitate the groups initiatives.

Meet the Student Action Group:

What are the benefits of getting involved?

Being a member of the student action group will allow you to develop skills in Event planning and management, communication, marketing, financial planning, organisation and time-management. You’ll be given training and staff support to help you carry out your role.

Group members will be eligible for digital badges, a visual representation of the skills they have demonstrated in their role.

Engage with the Student Action Group

Whether you want to host a one-off event, set up a regular activity or if you want to propose an activity that one of our student leaders can facilitate. We’ve provided some considerations that will support you to make your events accessible, inclusive and safe for all attendees.
