We’ve introduced an Online Feedback Platform to make feedback accessible to all. Whether you’re on placement or studying on campus, you can provide feedback on your experience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week which Your SU will work with the university to try and improve the student experience. How does it work?
- Submit feedback about your experience so far.
- Your SU will review the feedback and ask you any questions so we ensure we understand the feedback
- Your SU will work with the university to see if your feedback can be resolved and keep you informed on the progress
- We’ll feedback whether the feedback can be resolved. If it can’t be resolved we’ll ask the university for a reason why
What types of feedback is Your SU looking for?
We are looking for any feedback relating to your university experience. Feedback typically falls into two categories:
- Academic. Any feedback relating to your course such as teaching quality/delivery, assessment/feedback and learning opportunities will fall under this category.
- Services. If you’ve had an interaction with a service or believe there is something missing from outside the classroom that will support your wider learning or career development it will fall under this category.
