Pole Fitness Society - Vice President
The Vice President supports all members of the committee in their roles. They help the president to carry out their responsibilities such as: identifying issues and items within the committee that need addressing/actioning, and either delegate these tasks to the appropriate committee member or do it themselves. They help to set the direction, aims and objectives of the Society after consultation with the Committee, and act as the Society representative to all external and internal agencies.
Pole Fitness Society - Treasurer
Treasurers are responsible for the management of funds within the societies' bank account while ensuring prompt payment and clarification of all society-agreed expenditure towards events. It’s good practice for a treasurer to manage a spreadsheet highlighting society income and expenditure so all executive members can edit/track their financial positioning. We expect the treasurer to come up with fundraising and sponsorship opportunities to ensure the society is growing its bank balance

You may think about the range of events, food, drinks, locations etc. They additionally monitor the welfare of society committee and all members, setting up a contact plans to ensure members are checked up regularly throughout the semester by the committee members, and signposting to relevant support services where necessary.
