Rosie Gray Occupational Therapy, 2nd Year I chose to include the central image of the toilet to represent the disabled toilets as I felt that it’s a clear indication without being suggestive of who it's for. I then put an imagine either side of it to represent both visible and hidden disabilities. I felt the wheelchair was suitable to represent visible disabilities as it’s familiar and has strong associations with physical impairments. To represent hidden disabilities, I chose the sunflower as it’s widely recognised as a symbol for invisible disabilities. I felt the half and half figure would be inclusive to people who identify as nonbinary. Panel's comments We loved Rosie's approach to this, aiming for clear communication of what the facilities are and that they are accessible and inclusive. We're delighted to award Rosie third place in the Can You See Me Now competition.
