Celebrating the achievements of student reps across Coventry University and CU Coventry on Tuesday 25 March.

This award recognises a rep who has shown outstanding commitment to student voice, by representing feedback from their cohort through a range of feedback platforms such as Course Conversation meetings, focus groups, and roundtable events. The winner will also be someone who has used their time to tell students about student voice activities and opportunities through one of our outreach programmes.

This award recognises a School Rep who has shown outstanding commitment to student voice, by representing school wide issues on platforms such as Student Voice Working Groups, Board of Studies, and Education Executive.

This award recognises a Rep who has worked outside the remit of their role to bring positive change to the student experience by working with the SU, university and/or external organisation.

This award recognises a Campus Rep who has shown outstanding commitment to student voice, by representing school wide issues on platforms such as Student Voice Working Groups, Board of Study, and Education Executive.

The shortlisting process

All nominations will be anonymised and scored by our student-only shortlisting panel. Shortlisted nominees will be contacted with an invitation and winners will be announced during the awards ceremony. The criteria against which nominations will be scored is: 
 

  • Quality of the nomination
  • The impact they have had on students e.g. resolution of feedback
  • The quality of engagement with the SU
  • The level of collaboration and representation with the SU, officers, reps and staff
  • How well the nominee has demonstrated SU values (helpful, ethical, inclusive)
