Give Your Feedback

Find out the different ways in which you can give the university and union feedback

Online Feedback Platform

The Online Feedback Platform can be used to submit feedback at any time about your experience so far with the University. This can be either with a university department such as:

  • Library
  • IT/Digitial Services
  • Registry
  • Centre for Academic Writing
  • Food outlets and catering
  • Health and Wellbeing
  • Talent Team
  • Customer Experience (info points)
  • Success Coaches
  • Sigma (Maths Support)
  • Finance

Or, the feedback could be about your academics including:

  • Teaching
  • Learning Opportunities & Learning Community
  • Assessment & Feedback

The platform allows you to submit positive and constructive feedback. Positive feedback is utilised to continue and grow good practise, whereas constructive feedback is used to improve the services provided to students.

All feedback is confidential. The SU will assess your feedback and send it to the relevant university or academic department who will get in touch with you with a resolution. We may get in touch with you for more information to support you with your feedback as well.

Your Course Conversation

Course conversations are a chance for you to raise feedback about your course. The sessions are co-chaired and minuted by Your Education Reps and are open to all students. They are a great way for your voice to be heard and to bring positive change to your learning experience.

Your next course conversation should be scheduled in your timetable. You can find minutes for your study location’s course conversations below.

Focus Group & Roundtable Events

Focus Groups and Roundtable events are opportunities for you to meet and speak with Senior Leadership at the University and share your thoughts on aspects of student experience with them. We host focus groups both at school and college level, where we encourage students to discuss issues and improvements we can make to your education experience. Our roundtable talks involve opportunities for you to meet and speak with Senior Leadership at the University and share your thoughts on aspects of student experience with them. Both of these feedback formats are crucial to how we improve students' education journey.

You will see any upcoming opportunities listed below.

If you would like to arrange a focus group, you can request one by filling out this form.
